Thesis project QUINTESSENZA w/Italdesign & IAAD

How can B2B events be transformed into truly immersive experiences?”

This is the question my thesis project seeks to answer, bringing a human-centric approach to reimagining the entire communication strategy behind an event.

The project was developed in collaboration with Italdesign, a renowned design and engineering company based in Torino, Italy. Their challenge? To craft a seamless user journey for their stand at CES 2025 in Las Vegas, where they’ll unveil their concept vehicle, QUINTESSENZA.

Since they were entering a new market—the USA—I proposed a broader approach to the project. This included creating a cohesive communication strategy that not only centered around the QUINTESSENZA concept but also aligned perfectly with their presence at the CES event.

To make this experience truly immersive, I utilized TouchDesigner to develop interactive installations. One of these was a sound kinetic installation, where visual designs dynamically moved in sync with music, creating an engaging sensory experience. Another was a kinetic interaction, allowing visitors to stand in front of a screen and use hand gestures to interact with the visuals in real time.
